I ordered the Raven's shield as a graduation gift for my fiancé. I just received the order today and the quality of work is exceptional. It came exactly as pictured and was well-packaged. My fiancé was beyond excited.

With that said, my biggest complaint was the delay in shipping and for the lack of communication. I purchased this item on 5/6/16. The expected ship date was supposed to be June 17, 2016 (5-6 weeks). June 17 passed with no tracking information or notification the item shipped. No one reached out to me about potential delays. I messaged the shop on 6/18. It took 4 days to get a response that the item was backlogged due to delays in the shop. The order finally shipped on 6/24. Thankfully Chris was kind enough to do a rush order.
