Return Policy — Chris Knight Creations

All pieces are handmade to order. Because of this, and due to the high cost of shipping large custom furniture (often $400-$1,000+), we do not accept returns for non-defective items, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will repair or correct the issue at no cost to you. For larger pieces where return shipping isn’t practical, we may send a repair technician directly to your home or business instead of requiring the item to be shipped back.
